1Who can use Sunno
You must be at least 18 years old to use Sunno. By using the Service you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
2What Sunno does
Sunno turns a short daily voice note into wellbeing readings (Readiness, Stress and Connection scores, plus a composite Sunno Score) and one personalised suggestion. Scores, patterns and suggestions are generated by automated models for reflection and self-awareness only. They are estimates, not diagnoses, and may be incomplete or inaccurate.
3Your content and voice recordings
When you record a check-in you provide audio and the text transcribed from it. You keep ownership of your content and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Audio recordings are deleted after processing; transcripts, scores and derived insights are retained to power your history and personalisation. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time (Section 9).
4Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Sunno for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- upload audio or content you do not have the right to share, or that captures other people without their consent;
- attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload or interfere with the Service or its models;
- resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
5Early access and beta features
Sunno is launching soon and parts of the Service are offered on an early-access or beta basis. These features are provided "as is", may change or be withdrawn, and may contain errors. Joining the early-access list does not guarantee access, timing or pricing.
6Subscriptions and payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. Where paid plans are offered, pricing, billing cycle and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Payments through an app store are also subject to that store's terms. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.
7Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, scoring methodology, models, design and brand, is owned by Sunno and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any of our rights to you except the limited right to use the Service as intended.
8Third-party services
Sunno relies on third-party providers for transcription, model inference, authentication and hosting. Your use may be subject to those providers' terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
9Account deletion and termination
You may delete your account and data at any time from within the app, or by following the steps at sunno.live/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. On termination your right to use the Service ends and we delete or de-identify your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of scores or suggestions, or uninterrupted availability. You use Sunno at your own discretion and risk.
11Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sunno and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on scores, patterns or suggestions. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
13Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in India have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service, subject to mandatory rights under your local law.
